Christofa Kay
Christofa Kay is a 25-year professional in the field of higher education. He serves as Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Santa Barbara City College and holds degrees from State University of New York at Cobleskill, Salisbury University, Boston College and a joint Doctorate of Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara and California Polytechnic State University. His dissertation “Characteristics of High Achieving, Low and Moderate-Income African Descent College Students.” was published in 2012 and he hasn’t stopped there.
After serving more than a quarter century in the field of higher education Kay turned his attention to writing fiction novels. He has since published three full-length novels “Spare Change” in 2021, “Magic Beans” in 2022 and “Flashpoints: Nowhere to Run” in 2023. Ciudad Playa (2024) is his fourth full-length novel.
